In December 2025, we made a significant advancement in our fabrication capabilities with the acquisition of a MORGAN RUSHWORTH HDP 3060/130 high-definition Hyper-Performance CNC Plasma Cutter Table, complete with Hypertherm True Hole cutting technology. This advance in our equipment enables us to process mild steel, aluminium, and stainless steel in sheet sizes up to 6.4 meters by 3 meters wide, with thicknesses reaching up to 38mm.

Additionally, the system is equipped with a CNC Oxy-Fuel cutting torch, allowing us to efficiently cut mild steel up to 300mm in thickness. This strategic investment enhances our ability to serve the heavy fabrication market, both onshore and offshore.  

Our team are already seeing substantial time savings and improved material throughput from this investment, which will directly benefit our customers.
